I was just going to suggest the same thing as the other two posters. I had one yesterday and I took a couple tablets of L-Lysine and within hours it was much better. I took two more later that evening and it's almost gone. A fellow co-worker told me about it back in the early part of the year when I had one. Hope it heals soon for you. -Karen

Thanks both for the replies. I'll check on that brand. Interesting that they relate Mg to the sea. I didn't know that. Karen

Has anyone heard of Institute for Integrative Nutrition? I'm interested in becoming a health coach and learning more about nutrition. I would like to know of some others that would be good to enroll in as well. Thanks in advance. Karen

I know I'm not posting in the right forum, but I was wondering if their was a forum for food processors? I've been looking at the Cuisinart® Elite Collection 14-Cup Food Processor. I've just read too many negative feedbacks on this product which has lead me to look at the Magimix 5200. Any thoughts on the Magimix? Is it worth the money. Thoughts on either one?

I received my juicer today and tried it for the first time and I'm not that crazy about it but maybe after a few times of using it I will change my mind. It's too heavy and a little aggravating to clean. I just hope I change my mind about it. -Karen

I'm hoping I didn't make the wrong decision. I read so many positive posts. Should I just return it and get something else that is easier to clean? -Karen

After several days of research, I finally ordered a greenstar 2000. I sure hope I will be happy. It was a toss up between it and an Omega. Any thoughts or opinions on greenstar will be appreciated. -Karen

I looked at the greenstar juicer and noticed it can also be used as a food processor. Would this be a better deal then buying them both seperately? If I could get two for the price of one that would be great.Any suggestions on food processor's if I go this route. I have heard the Omega is good but it's a little pricey. Is their anything comparable to the Omega that is less expensive? Thanks,

I read this quote from somewhere but can't remember now. I may have read it from the garden diet.Their is alot of truth to it. "If you can't afford prevention, how can you afford disease?" Karen
