gillian mckieth is in my opinion totally mainstream and commercial and out to make money - thats whay she shouldnt sell them!!

Oh yesssss...Im BESOTED with juicing, think its the best thing ever.
juicing celery, carrots, cucumber, ginger, lettuce, lime, spinach and apple!
Since I began juicing I feel tremendously better!

I was just wondering what other people experiences are on other raw forums esp allisa cohens forum. Im personally sick of the way she polices her forum and I have had numerous interesting threads deleted for no apparent reason. I dont like the way grown adults are told of like children for having a certain opinion that she doesnt agree with. I thought that was what forums were for???

hey!
I just gave up coffee and during withrawls I slept for the best part of three days. Sometimes when I drink coffee it makes me feel anxious so I know I am much better of without it.
Also it is really bad for certain things like high blood pressure, which I dont have but it runs in my family. So Im a little confused that they are now saying its ok. I wont be doing it anyway cos its soooo u
