Bulk is more cost-effective.

I've been using two teaspoons, about 5 grams and noticed an increase in awareness, energy, clarity of mind and overall well being. Please note I'm using MacaSure by Sequel Naturals. I think a lot of the effect depends on getting a proper dose and adjusting it for your body. Brendan Brazier recommends starting out with 1.5 grams (a little less than a teaspoon) and gradually increasing it unt

What are you responding to? This post seems like it should be linked to somebody's claim or charge. I can't find the cross link. Paul, what are you responding to?

Consider a faucet upgrade if you don't already have a shower type setting in your kitchen. More pressure, better for cleaning. O/w, soap and water .

The Vitaprep 3 is $449, 3 HP+, variable speed, 13 amp. The ICB7 is 20 amp almost $400 more. Both are commercial use blenders marketed for committed raw foodists. To me, the extra hardware on the ICB7 looks like a waste of money. Am I wrong? Tell me wny, specifically. And if you work for blenderjuicedepot... please don't respond, got your point, looking to see if there is something I'

Organic doesn't mean safe, doesn't mean clean, doesn't mean fresh. If produce isn't treated chemically, there is a higher level of natural pests & their products. If the organic equivalent doesn't look reasonably close and isn't reasonably priced to it's conventional equivalent, don't buy it. If people think you will buy substandard organic produce, they will charge you for it and make the

coming in late. I'm intrigued about exploring 100 percent raw vs. a lesser percentage + conservatively cooked (steaming, boiling). The whole anti-fruit thing is a bit oversimplication isn't it? I mean if most of your fruits are melons, citrus and berries you are getting lions share of nutrients per calorie. But if you are stuffing yourself with bananas, pineapple and mango and or grapes, t

Is the man still alive? His given birthdate is sometime in 1898 which would place him today at 109 or 110. There is a myspace entry from "him" which I can't authenticate. The login is goofy saying 100 when it should say 109 or 110. Honestly if he's passed, we should say so and if not we should embrace his accomplishment(s).

I would take filtered over spring if for no other reason than coming from a spring is no guarantee of health. What if the spring is contaminated as many wells are supplying people with drinking water? Remember Perrier and the benzene. I drink filtered water at work through my Pur filter (prefer Pur to Britta). So, I don't create a lot of plastic (other than the spent filter cartridge). But

I think if one feels good about something personally that it says nothing about the liklihood of a placebo effect. It might just as easily be some benefit that we have not discovered or understood. The only way you would know is through a double blind randomized controlled trial which would not, in and of itself, negate the personal experiences of individuals. What's true personally and what
