The main thing about coffee with regards to sovereignty is that we fail to "plug in" if we ceaselessly keep pushing ourselves with stimulants or blahing ourselves out with dense foods or alcohol. As you get older, it seems that food takes more out of you than it puts in. US mainland food in stores is rather plastic, even the organics. Yep I totally promote herbalcom.com and the enzymes as they are so cheap and don't have any fillers or sugar in them.
I try not to eat much tropical fruit to keep my sugar level down...also you can't get decent papaya and pineapple on the mainland US. Taking enzymes in your drinking water all day allows a deeper cleansing of the body. Also papain is made from the latex of the green papaya...

I know God to be be 100% edible. The most nutritious parts being the sunlight and the living water. Its not so much what you eat that matters, its what you don't eat that counts. Hence fasting is the fastest way to God...as long as there is plenty of sunlight and living water to be had.
