"Bretharian" is a wrong term. Those people live of the food from the Sun. I am sure that is possible, but not everyone can do it. It has been proven over and over, even here in America. After they prove that it is possible, official media simply shuts up and does not ever mention it again.

Interesting post. My opinion of Alex Jones is still the same. I don't have time to research him or to elaborate. To me, he is a typical fake 'freedom fighter', agent. It is just too obvious. Again, no intention on my part to prove my opinion, sorry. He is the same as Icke, Ventura (ugly long haired one) etc. I can't even watch them for 3 mins., it is so tiresome.

One of his main roles is to promote anger. Anger is a waste of energy if it is not followed by immediate satisfaction. It causes lethargy and despair. The real solution is to heal the world.

True, Panchito. One has to be healed from 'standard expectations'. This process of healing is not instant. It takes time.

It is natural for a human to share thoughts and to look for people who are alike. It gets harder when there are few who are 'alike'.

The more you know the lonelier you get. There are people who I like very much but even with them I have to have patience as I don't agree with a lot they are saying. I have my own view of things, natural diet and a lot of others, and that makes it very hard to have conversations. Even open minded people can't really follow me. They understand my views and even agree, but five minutes later they g

From my head...it is all to obvious for me. If you follow these things, after a while all the roles are very clear. It would take a lot of typing to explain. We live in a true Matrix, false reality. It is not just the food, every aspect of our lives is corrupted to the maximum. Long story.

John, I hope you know that 'infowars' is just another sharade put up by special agents. Faces like Alex Jones, David Icke and others are just actors in the Matrix. I hope you know that... The truth is in the nature, and in the nature only.

'John, the entire history of western civilization and even north american history since the europeans arrived has been one of violence and the stealing of wealth and property from its previous owners.' Yes, the main steal they did is from Konstantinopol, which crusaders destroyed and took enourmous wealth. But, history of China, Russia, India or any other country is also filled with wars,

I wonder how much we could help - planting and taking care of mulberries, blueberries, blackberries, in the forest. Last year I really enjoyed the blackberries, I wonder how they could be spread in the forest.

In my experience, often people who aggressively attack natural medical treatments actually are paid agents. Not always but very often.

Aquatic Ape theory completely accepts the theory of raw vegan early humans who either evolved from or were similar to other apes. Only, Aquatic Ape theory adds a waterside phase of evolution that probably came later, most likely because of the change in the environment that forced humans to walk in the water in search for food...for a long time. That is why we are bipedal. So, this diet agrees

I don't think that solitude is the answer. Maybe we need to choose our friends more carefully, which everyone should do anyway. Living with nature does not mean living alone. In my case, I am looking forward to spending some time with nature, even in rudimentary conditions, to do a 'mental cleansing'. I have to get rid of some bad habbits and I hope nature will help me.

Actually, we should ask you the same question, I can only admire you for your raw experience (hoping that you will still eating predominantly raw when even when not 100% raw). I have done 6 months when I started, but was just learning then, made many mistakes as I am generally not a very well organized person. Most of the people on this forum I feel are better organized than me. So, I think that

I agree about the veggies, though some people may have a good argument that some veggies are better steamed than raw. But, in general, most of the food people eat in restaurants actually looks really sad, if you look at it neutrally. Only an addict would see it as inviting. The smells are effective too, but if you just do a mental "step back" even the smells are wrong, not appetizin

I visited some family and was forced to watch some food shows, like that one about the guy who eats a lot, joins contests in eating hot dogs etc. I just noticed how beaten up and sad that food looks. Anything processed actually looks unappealing. Some scenes where a lot of people are eating hot dogs, hamburger sandwiches etc. looked bizarre, unreal. Why would they do that? I know, I know, I am

No worries, phantom. I agree with what you said: "Onward and upward, indeed! I also think once you get a taste of what it's like to have a clear mind and experience really being healthy and mobile in your body... well, who would want to give that up?"

Those siblings prove nothing, in my opinion. Millions of people are diabetics, are they all genetically predisposed? Diabetes is caused by diet based on grains and processed food. End of story. If you eat raw food from childhood, you will NOT have diabetes. There are well known diseseas that can be inhereted. But when they look for 'genes' to blame for epidemic of cancer, that is just false pro

my previous post was pure cynicism. I absolutely don't think that genetics has anything to do with cancer or obesity. It is a farse.

Of course, the food addiction is not because of the released chemicals in EVERY processed food, but because of - genes. Just like cancer is not due to bad diet and bad life, it is because of our genes. I know that. I am an educated person. Some of my best friends are doctors.

geo, that is some well balanced advice, thanks. About your link - I watched the intro video and frankly did not like it very much. It is too generic, they really did not say anything. Besides, I really do not like to 'give up' myself in order to get anything. Especially not to unknown people. I work completely different way and I assume most people do - I study, carefully, who people are and it

No, geo, she knows I am not cheating. It is just that she is so deeply hooked up to heavily processed foods (never enough cooking, frying) that it is a very important part of her life. A lot of people are like this. It is an addiction, a very strong one. On the good side, she makes the best salads, so she has some balance. But, she has been sick for a long time and she still does not accept

Right now, I don't eat anything but fruit and veggies, with a little olive oil on weekends, but this is just a 40 days fast. Usually, I also eat some sea food, raw when possible (shells). I agree with coco that we probably need a little more fat than 80-10-10 suggests. Our brains need it. But, that fat is not good when processed. Cholesterol is good for us only when it is not heated. Some poeple
