re: gosia > what kind of b12 test do you take? oh, i get it. you think that your current neurological state is a good way to "test" for b12 status. I will have to assume that you don't believe that irreversible damage can occur.. i'm really surprised that people here don't get tested.

Fermented soy products, such as miso and tempeh, shiitake (dried mushrooms) and algae such as spirulina and nori contain practically no vitamin B12. While these foods are often sold in health food stores as "excellent souces of B12" and are widely used by the macrobiotic community, they actually contain little, if any active B12 (cobalamin). Instead they contain analogs of B12 that are

depends on who you talk to. i would suggest if you want to do it right, then make a small investment in the below book, because there is more to the answer than just, how much of x, y and z.

let me clarify. i know that we all have our views, but it would be better for all if we would realize that our current views are not necessarily true, since we have all changed our mind on various things over the years. even knowing this, we still seem to think that our current state of knowledge is correct, and we are extremely resistant to change. in this vein - i held a view on global war

I wonder if those that believe that viruses and bacteria cause colds and flus get colds and flus themselves? I would think that it is very difficult to believe that they do cause colds and flus if you have made a dietary change as many have here and don't get sick anymore.
