Sleep is very important to weight loss. Make sure you get plenty of sleep. Also, drinking lots and lots of fresh clean water. I agree with adding iodine foods to your diet. You must have iodine for a healthy metabolism/thyroid. You are pretty active and you have been fluctuating your diet a lot over the past 8 months. Your body isn't sure if it is going to be getting 1600 calories or 80

I get hypoglycemic sometimes and can get pretty cranky. As can my diabetic brothers. But we do NOT spit on people, throw food and drinks at employees, jump on counters, scream and yell, and destroy restaurants! LOL That woman has a mental illness, that's for sure! Whether clinical or not is debateable. LOL

All the veggies in my refrigerator are frozen!! Why?? I have not changed the temperature of the frig. It has been perfect for a long time. Suddenly everything in my refrigerator is frozen! Now I don't want to eat any of it. Frozen lettuce... yuck! Frozen squash... yuck!

Probably about the same time every day. Sometimes I don't nap even though I really feel the need to. Sometimes when I do that I am so tired by 5pm that I have to stop everything and go lay down. I have no doubt that I suffer from some level of adrenal burnout. When I had my business I worked really long stressful hours everyday with hardly ever a day off. For five years. By the time I sol

For the last few months whenever I take a nap in the middle of the day I freeze the whole time and never get warm. My feet are pure ice. I am using the same blankets that I use at night time, the room temp is normal, and I sleep fine at night. What could be going on?

I think you will likely fall back into your old pattern. Perhaps a gradual transition to a high raw would be successful. I am not 100% and have failed every effort to be 100%. I used to beat myself up about it but now I accept that as long as I am very high raw and making the very best choices possible when I do eat cooked then everything will still be alright. The world won't come crashing d

I'm the worst neighbor ever. I let the grass get tall and wildflowers grow. I think it is beautiful but the neighbors make comments. Sometimes I will come home and someone has mowed my lawn for me. LOL Family have brought mowers from their house and mowed it. My next house is going to be a farm so I don't have to keep up with neighborhood standards.

It is a fact that we cannot live in cold climates without clothes. And a fact that we sweat to cool ourselves and are mostly hairless. What "theory" are you disputing? Are you saying that we can survive in cold climates in nothing b

Trox the only possible answer to your questions is: yes. If you want to combine "properly" you should eat fruit alone. However if you can have a fruit smoothie with nuts/seeds and greens and you don't have burps, indigestion, bloating, or gas afterwards then go ahead and do it.

I wasn't responding to your post. And it was my opinion. And it is my opinion that a facelift or dying ones hair is due to a certain level of lack of self-acceptance. (Not the fun-type of dying of hair to various shades of purple (LOL) but the type where a person is covering gray or changes the color because they don't like their natural color, etc.) It doesn't mean that they don't love

Winter sucks! I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) regardless of how much daylight I get and methylcobalamine I take in the winter months. I am on the path to relocating soon. I have sold the business and will be selling house and goods and moving SOUTH to better weather. My advice... MOVE.

Go with the flow. Peace. Love. Joy. Acceptance. There are members here that I can't STAND what they post but there is a part of me that really truly appreciates what they bring to the experience. I w

Don't lie to yourself. If you make a promise, keep it. Telling yourself something then not following through is lying to yourself. It creates distrust. If you tell yourself "I will go for a run tonight." and then you don't then you just lied to yourself. You can't trust yourself. To thine own self be true.

Come home, have juice with spirulina, get bowel discomfort and cramps... don't do that anymore. Listen to your body. It's not liking the spirulina. Maybe you can SLOWLY work it into your diet as you go. Don't keep ingesting stuff that makes you suffer. My dog knows not to eat stuff that makes her belly hurt.
