Hmm ok I will try blending bananas with some strong greens to work with the taste. Do you have suggestions on which greens would go well with bananas? I had reduced the avocado intake on the recent months also. I will see how having at least half avocado a day will work. The reason I started leaning heavily on bananas was due to their higher calorie content. Maybe its the season, I liked ea

Hi all, I turned fully raw begining of this year which makes about 7.5 months now. My only exception have been I would use fetta cheese on my salads but I dropped that also on the last couple of months. Now my diet is mostly fruits and some vegetables and very minor nuts and seeds. I lost my appetite for nuts so I stopped eating them for the most part. Here is my challenge; After realizing tha

I have been studying Ayurveda a little over the course of past year. Now that I am living and learning about raw, many questions arise related to Ayurveda and why it is cooked food based. At least it is cooked food based in the way it is taught currently. I would love to hear if anyone have references to it being used raw only. Hi All, Can you please share your experience on your daily calorie needs and how it evolved over the course or your raw journey. I have seen the posts of Richard Blackman here on the forums who claims to live on zero calories per day. That seems to be one extreme end but I am also very curious to hear others that could reduce their need for calorie intake while remaining healthy.. I a

Hey I rode my fever by consuming lots of citrus juices and lots of rest and no drugs and it turned out great. First night fever increased a lot and almost suddenly subsided around midnight then it was a very easy ride lots of sweating and drinking lots of fluids.
