Yes darling. .. but I make up wonderful and most delicious recipes. .. Raw Couscous and such out of Cauliflower, etc .. adding other vegetables such as onion, tomatoe and such to make it delicious. Or, making a magnificent whipped dressing using fresh coconut and other healthful ingredients. Because we are raw does not mean we suffer. . . our food is amazing and delicious, albeit simple

I'd say I'm 95% raw. (The other 5% would only be an extreme case if I could not get something I M-I-G-H-T eat a baked potato. . . .but only in an extreme rare case.) My husband is not Raw but will eat it if I prepare it for him. I'll not prepare anything else. He goes out with friends and eats what he wants. . but it shows on him - - insofar as various illnesses and surgeries. I'm v

Raws Tahini is expensive - if you can even find it.. Is is just soaked sesame seeds - blended?

Sounds like too much fruit to me.. Eat more vegs.. most especially greens.. less fruit.. too much sugar (even good fruit sugar) in your system will cause other problems over time.

You may be going thru a detox..which can cause extreme discomfort and feelings of malaise and fatigue. or you may need to eat something more substantial. I suggest you go to your raw foods restaurant.. and have a meal there.. Make sure you are eating enough. Salads are not always enough! Eat good foods, but don't be starving yourself...and don't eat to many things that convert to sugar.
