I just made these and they are the best flax crackers I've ever had. The recipe is from Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine. Sun-Dred Tomato Flax Crackers 6 cup flax seeds, soaked 2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked 1 cup celery juice 1 cup fresh parsley, minched 3 Tbs Celtic salt 1 Tbs Italian seasoning 3 cloves garlic, minced Process sun-dried tomatoes in a blender, adding soak water unt

Hi! A lot of recipes (especially desserts) call for coconut. I'm assuming they mean fresh, young coconut meat. I live in a rural area in the Pacific Northwest where it's not possible to get fresh coconut but I can get dried, unsweetened coconut. Can I just rehydrate it and use it cup for cup in the recipe? Will it still come out with the same creamy richness?
