After hearing so much about buckwheat groats I decided to do some research. What You'll Need:
~ 16oz of strawberries - fresh or frozen(thawed out)
~ 12 small or 6 large dates
~ a small jicama - I peeled it, spiralized it than chopped the "noodles" into rice size pieces - you can also peel it, cut it up then feed it through a food processor
~ vanilla powder - you can add as much or as little as you'd like, you can also use carob and/or cinnamon

What You'll Need:
~ 1 cup of freshly squeezed OJ
~ the segments of 2 grapefruits
~ a handful of dill - you can use more or less depending on your preference
~ 1/4 inch of ginger - you can use more or less depending on your preference
~ a cup of spiralized jicama - you can use zucchini or even cucumber instead

What You'll Need:
~ 6oz blackberries
~ 1 pint of blueberries
~ 12oz of strawberries
~ 2 large ripe mangoes
~ 1 large jicama
~ 1 lime
~ celery powder
Assemble
~ rinse your black and blue berries and add them to a big enough bowl
~ rinse the strawberries, remove the tops, cut the them into fourths and add them to the bowl

What You'll Need:
~ 3 cucumbers - peeled, de-seeded and chopped
~ 2 tomatoes - chopped
~ the segments from an orange
~ fresh OJ and dill for the dressing/sauce

~ add your cucumber, tomato and orange segments to a bowl

80% carbs, 10% protein and 10% fat. I typically eat 2 large fruit meals followed by a savory meal for dinner that contains fruit, non sweet fruit, greens and a dressing (sometimes containing a small amount of fat).
