Breakfast: raw cinnamon raisen bagel
Lunch: raw bread with raw mayo tomato slices and lots of romaine sandwich
Dinner: raspberries, blueberries with buckwheat and raw mylk
. Yummy and good for you!
Today will be apples, grapes and a large mixed greens salad with raw honey mustard dressing. gosh I love being raw!

It is hard to say because I don't know what state the are starting in. Pineapples generally don't last a week in my house before I 'need' to cut them open. But I buy them as close to opening as I can usually. I believe you probably shouldnt purchase mre than you could consume in a week or they might go bad before you could enjoy them. I do understand Diana's mind set about raw breads. They are not bread in the conventional sense. I realized half my problem was that I was comparing it to cooked breads. When I stopped doing that, I began to look at raw breads differently. What can I make that I enjoy? I very seldom enjoy "mock" versions, but as I make something and consider what about the flavor?
