All suggestions so far are brillant.
I am still transition to raw. I currently eat raw until dinner then I make a choice between raw or cooked foods at that point.
With the menu selections you've been giving me, my choices will more likely go more raw now. Thanks!

5. Menus
I would like to know how people combine their meals. For example, in the S.A.D. you generally select a meat, a starch and some side vegetables. Or in Italian meals you generally have a soup or pasta course then a meat, vegetable and bread course. I think Indian meals have dahl, rhaita and flat bread (but I could be wrong)
So what is the best way to plan Raw meals?

I think it also depends on where you are. I'm currently looking for others but so far I haven't found anyone yet. I will be kicking up my search soon though because I want to have a live community.

I'm in Hamilton but I can help with different locations.
Number One: look for the farmer's markets. Search under "Market Finder" I know there is one in Streetsville and one in the parking lot at Square One.
Number Two: In Oakville and Toronto there are two locations of the store called Whole Foods Market. Expensive but FANTASTIC SELECTION.
