Include those high in protein like nuts (almonds,walnuts, macadamia etc.) these will definitely add to making you feel full and less cravings.

I probably would say 'yes' it is considered a 'medicine' to think that you won't be needing medicine if you are doing lots of exercises. There are a lot of benefits you can get from exercising, and one of these is longevity of life.

I'm using this Ladyship Organic Essence Extractor I know its not that cheap BUT with its function and use, it's very convenient. I did pay for a single machine and I get 6 different easy to use function. It is a blender, a juicer and a food processor. My family are greatly satisfied!
