well-my system can not take alot of raw greens...it bunches up in me and plugs me up.but i can eat pots of cooked greens.i can take fruit.it does not plug me up.i am doing green smoothies and this seems to help. i do not worry if i have a bit of cooked foods.when i went raw-100%-and then i eventually ate some cooked...it did not settle well.but now i try to not eat cooked but if i do-i have no b

well mia- i was doing just 10,000 steps a day but the weather is so bad.so now i do the leslie sansone 5 mile advance dvd.it is really good. i also walked 3 miles today on top of doing the dvd.that is wonderful u do 20,000 steps a day. i thought the 10,000 was it and then someone said-really to loose weight u have to do 12,000 steps a day. i thought on my word!!i just try to get in the 10,000-da

agh-i am so glad my kids are all grown.lordy! hang in there gal.we went thru alot of this stuff. my one daughter was a ganster/hoochie/grunge/druggy and i tell u-it was rough.u do amazing.i read all of your food choices and very good eating. good for u!!!your journal is a riot!! well i am sorry about your childs surgery.and your family member passing. take care and hey! keep on-u are doing wonder

i went 100 % raw at first-not knowing how in depth this can be-but now i can say i am not 100% raw but trying. i will eventually be totally raw once i get to my 100 pounds weight loss goal...then i will loose more but be trying to not worry so much about cals and i will still be leary of fats but i will then be encorporating all raw into my eating.thank u so much.hugs taylor

dear benetgirl...when i make my raw soups-sometimes to give it more flavor-i do.but others who are more raw would say no.so it is up to u and just how raw u want to be.i would not add nuts to my raw soups but i would add some veggie broth to my soups and it would taste pretty good...and for the most part raw.taylor
