j gunn..my friends got a worm composting kit which was composed of about four or five levels. Then they got some 'red wigglers' and inserted them as instructed, and also had newspapers, as i remember, and when they used their juicer machine,to make fresh carrot juice and other things, they would give the pulp to the wormies..It was a very sensible, ecologically sound thing to do it seems. yes, you mentioned 'no shortage of grow lights.'..THAT is the biggest problem you may find, as things grown inside often grow leggy.. I know you will start your seeds very close to a grow light, which will keep them stocky.( you seem to know what you are doing, horticulturally)..but as things continue to grow, you still need to keep the plants very close to some kind of grow light set up..for b

I was wondering if you can make 'mock potato chips' or vegetable chips using a dehydrator.? i have not yet used a dehydrator..but am considering one. i am thinking , however, that dehydrated foods are rather more rubbery than crispy.. i may be wrong.. maybe it depends on the cut of the pieces. anyone have any insight ( real experience) along these lines.? i would like to make cris

I DO NOT THINK cleansing programs flush probiotics from the system. when i have acid ph, i take some probiotics specifically one which comes from Natren...three specific strains, sold by natren, actually..they come in a powdered form and can be mixed with distilled water and drunk when you feel acid. Works for me most of the time. if i still feel acid, i try a very dilute vinegar and water

i have been looking for a dyhydrator.also . Yes, apparently 100 degrees keeps most of the enzymes intact, and keeps the food more nourishing..but takes longer to dry things than using 120 degrees, obviously. I hear that it is good to get a variable temperature dehydrator. and one where the air goes through the food well, and one where food spilled from one layer to the other does not damag
