Now that I have started an exercise regime and a consistent raw food diet my insomnia is getting better and my digestion is certainly improving. I tried pilates for the first time, wow that´s hard stuff. Walking around two hours daily and trying to get basketball or some cardio. Quit smoking, even if I was a one cigarette a day girl, is feeling good, cleaner. One day I will quit coffee too a

Did anyone try this homemade dehydrator? How well does it work and what wattage bulb works best?
I like things that are homemade and this looks fun to make.

6. Flower tea
I find the best raw tea is made with dried organic flowers like rose petals, hibiscus, and cammomile. My favorite is straight up rose. I Usually soak two table spoons of rose petals in one litre of water. I shake it up and then put it in the fridge for a couple of days. A couple of days seems long but it is worth it. Use only red rose petals and wait until all of the colour from the petals i

I wanted to start a new post because everytime I go to the other one I left I see the big bad spelling mistake I made. So I´m starting a new one called bad ass veggie. Hey
If you are thinking about moving to Canada it´s a great choice. Montreal is the cheapest place to live and it has a strong organic community. Allthough their environmental policies could use a face lift. You can find a lot of stuff there but vancouver is the best place to be a raw fooder in canada. I have never been to Vancouver but I love Montreal it´s a great place for artists and li

Hey
I feel sympathetic to the far away from california feeling. I´m in Chile in the middle of winter, and there isn´t a date, a kale, or a young coconut anywhere in sight. The grocery isles here are not organic and are far from interesting. Despite this I try to remember that simplicity is best and now I can appreciate a mango more when I find one. Although I have to say that the neighbors

I was thinking all about the transition to health that I have started again for the millionth time. this time i have started to journal it. which i have done before but thought that only a raw fooder would need to. I guess even in those other parts of my life where being a rawie wasnt that important the journal still might have been. So now durring a new era, not a drastic one, I will journal
