Are there any way to do liver and kidney healing?
I am scare of liver flush for it brings me a lot pain on kidney I wish to find some nature herb to tune these two organs to the optima state. I should drink more energy soup. I can drink green juice without adding any flavour, but for soup, it is difficult to me.

I am considering to buy a food processor. I wish it can blend well to produce fine green smoothie and also can blend nut and date or wheatberries.
