Another alternative is to take your own food.
Something simple, celery,carrot and cucumber sticks; and some nuts;
and tell the waitress the Dr. has me on a special diet.
Something along these lines. This method can be combined with eating some food before hand.

Sounds like you know What to do.
Seems like you know Why now.
So maybe the next step is to look inside and keep asking yourself How this time is going to be The time that you succeed with this for the rest of your life.
Don't be in a hurry, keep wondering about what and how subtle things or attitudes are adjusting to support you, allowing yourself to be curious and keep learning.

If I recall correctly
...According to the yogis prana comes from air as well as food.
and according to Taoists we are born with a certain amount of chi.
...Never-the-less both Taoists and yogis eat.
...According to western science (loosely speaking) food is the fuel the human machine runs on, oxygen is necessary to burn the fuel, and water bathes the entire internal sea and transports fuel to

I am not 100 percent raw and I do not want to be and do not need to be to enjoy the health I have. I am about 95 percent raw, I eat and drink green juice from indoor greens and wheatgrass I grow, juice fasting once a week, and dry fasting after 3pm every day. Organic is not important

Did you ever do 100% raw? For how long? Did you fail to get benefits?
If you did it for awhile did you suffer cravings you couldn't deal with?
What is your story?
Why do you keep telling people they're ok if they fail?
Everybody already knows that. People just want to feel their best.
And the evidence is in that 100% raw-organic-properly-combined-diet, does just that,

From the point of view of Natural Hygiene the "Master Cleanse" is (to use one Herbert Shelton's great words) an abomination !
It makes use of 3 poisons to force the body to do the will of the ego.
The poisons are sugar (maple syrup), burning hot cayenne pepper, and salt.
In my opinion it is popular because it avoids real fasting, it gives the personality or ego
