> 2 bananas. same amount of lysine as tbsp of sunflower seeds. Very interesting. Any other fruits? > I would go more signs of deficeincy than by numbers. Plant proptein is absorbed poorly and more is better just in case. A tell-tell sign of lysine deficiency is anxiety. If you think you freak out too much for small things, you are probably running low in lysine. Good info to know!

This is one of the oddest things I've heard. Does it taste like soap? That's the wonderful thing about Mother Earth. You become one with the earth and become something else. If we look at this from a scientific perspective, one of the most common laws is: matter is neither created nor destroyed This also applies to energy. Everything is recycled. I love this message. <3 Learning to love myself is what brought me to this lifestyle. Healing, loving an

Us humans like to think that we're so smart. But Mother Nature is smarter than us and delivers things in perfect ratios. Perhaps it sounds weird to say, but I can feel the difference in blood flow between different foods when I consume them. Couldn't agree more on oil.

Itll come soon enough as people continue to get sicker and run in to sustainability issues with the environment and food production. It can only continue for so long. I just wish we won't have to hit rock bottom before coming to that realization.

Apparently it is one of the only toothpastes that kill ALL the bad bacteria in the mouth (most apparently don't kill very much) and kills off spiral-K (can't spell it) which is responsible for much of the tooth decay. Even better is to use a perio mouth wash and avoid the tooth brush all togeather according t

This sounds amazing. I vote for more schools like this. Or at least the inclusion of healthy whole food vegan lunches as options for kids. And for the love of cows, can we please remove those huge "Got Milk?" posters from schools? So misleading. How lovely! That is an amazing movie. c:

I haven't had any dental problems myself. I'm just curious as to what measures people take. I've heard the occasional horror story regarding teeth.

Pistachios are the only nut I really have a taste for. I do love sesame seeds made in to a hummus. I love avacados and coconut but eat neither in large amounts. I don't normally crave any fats.

Interesting. I don't have much of a taste for nuts/seeds. I know many people on raw enjoy them frequently.

Probably. I don't eat nearly as much as 80-10-10 or 30BAD recommends. The people I see succeeding at eating large quantities are mostly athletes or highly active. I am not sure I'm quite the fan of the "stretching your stomach" philosophy. In my opinion, you have stretch receptors in your stomach for a reason. To tell you when you've had enough. Eat til you feel great, then stop

I would like to discuss dental health and the prevention of cavities on a high fruit based diet. Please discuss experience and tips for dental hygiene as well as any research that may be beneficial. I know this tends to be a topic of interest so I was hoping people with several years of experience could offer their knowledge as well. Thanks for contributing!~

I've had many people thank me for offering advice that has helped them and I'm certainly not going to stop offering remedies because it ruffles the feathers of a few people who have some type of personal issue with myself for whatever reason (jealousy, different views, etc.). Interesting. I have read some stuff about garlic being toxic to humans in the past. Some stuff suggests that it is an antibiotic. I have used it in the past on SAD diet and it did cure things such as strep throat pretty quick. That is my personal experience.
