How about saving the lives of suffering animals?
Who can't save themselves.
Or decreasing the damage done on the environment?
I care about the destruction of the earth.
I care enough to try to make a difference.
What does it say about a persons character to have the ability to
make a difference and choose to do nothing with it?
Most people are just very misinformed.
I respect people

Their goal is to make people vegans.
Realistically, not everyone is going to be raw
nor does it appeal to a large majority of people atm.
But no calorie restrictions and "comfort" foods do.
I'd rather people be eating rice and beans than burgers any day.

Some people who've had success with their diet have YouTube channels
talking about their experience and also promoting the diet.
Regardless of some of their recommendations, they've done a good job
with spreading awareness and bringing more people to the vegan lifestyle.
I support their passion for health, animals and the environment.
In the end, they're supporting positive causes.

It is hard to eat large quantities of potatoes and whole rice, etc.
At least, this is my experience. Potatoes are at the top of
charts for satiety.
Even when I was eating larger portions of these foods when I first
started (eating 2000+ cals a day), I lost a good amount of weight.
Have to agree, I've never experienced weight gain on fruit.
But potatoes worked for me for a really long t

Very interesting!
I am currently experimenting with the sugar content of fruit
and seeing how it affects me.
I ate half a watermelon for breakfast this morning and no negative
side effects or pain. I actually feel really good!
I am thinking that its the fruits high in sugar concentration
that are my problem.

If you enjoy them, by all means!
I tend not to get too fancy. I enjoy mono fruit
meals and ice creams.

Fats slow down my digestion and do the opposite.
There is no whoosh effect.
Exercise helps. So does drinking lots of water
and eating water rich fruits.
Lemon water in the morning helps wake up your digestive system.
Try 1 liter lemon water before your morning meal or whenever
you think it would be beneficial for digestion.

No that's just life, full of ups and downs.
If you are so passionate about the suffering in this world,
then you should put your energy towards making a difference
for people and the millions of innocent animals killed by industry
for selfish desires.

You could contribute to the world with positivity.
I also recommend affirmative techniques that help boost self esteem.
That is the last bit of advice I can give.

If that is your thought, then why not spend your energy promoting
positivity instead of complaining about negativity?
It only creates more negative energy.

You just chose to write these posts.
You always have a choice. Your body, your actions.
Your actions can only be controlled by you.
If you're unhappy, then make a change for the better.

I never said not to show compassion for others.
I am a very generous and caring person.
But I do not care about people's opinions of me.
Its only an opinion, not a fact.

It does actually. The fact that he is a supporter of paleo in itself in my opinion, makes him an uncredible source. The paleo diet is full of nutritional myths, pitfalls and dangerous "health information".
I would not take my health information from someone who believes in paleo philosophy.
No well respected medical professional would support the paleo diet.

Proof that some foods are acidic while others are alkaline.
So is the ph change of urine.

The focus is on ash, mucoid plaque, and other negative effects on the body.

Yes I know it seems like a small amount. But I promise I always eat til I am full and satisfied. I typically do not like the feeling of being overly stuffed.
I should make it clear that when I lost most of my weight, I was eating much more food. Huge amounts for a few months.
But I also have a sedentary job and im only 5 foot.
And I typically dont eat til noon. If im hungry of course, I wi

If the veg works for you, then by all means continue!
Veggies are always great for weight loss.
And I have to agree, high water fruits are the best choice!
And berries are wonderful for blood sugar regulation.

If you can do it overnight, that's wonderful!
But you want to make it sustainable so sometimes
too much change at once can lead people to regress.
I recommend switching to a vegan diet first, whole
foods if possible, and over time increasing the amount
of raw eaten and decreasing the cooked.
Taste buds need to adjust and too much change at
once for the body can be stressful on it. Your
