It is okay, I think, to use large doses of vitamin C, synthetic or otherwise, as medicine, in certain situations.
But it should not be used daily in large amounts, that is for sure. I read an article by a M.D. who took too much for too long and he had serious problems. Best to eat some raw fruits and vegetables. There may be much less Vit. C in these items, but somehow they seem to work

I am still somehow plugging along with the original single auger Omega 8001 (had it for 18 years) plus an inexpensive spinning basket type (Hamilton Beach, a real bargain for the price; I've had it about 10 years.)

Jennifer, I did not know anything about the blades and their major role in yet more pollution. I've driven thru huge wind turbine sites; it was absolutely creepy in a way I can't really articulate. It is shocking how very, very large they are.
Some people find these giant windmills objectionable, but for the wrong reasons - that is, they thrum til they drive you crazy.
