Hi (me) again I'm so double extra tempted to buy this because it looks SO incredible. The book looks edible itself!! But I'm a bit strapped for money, and can't really splash out the extra for superfoods purchases. Has anyone bought this and are there lots of recipes that don't require buying superfoods? What do you think? Thanks so much for your rawesome replies, Gill xxxxx

Yep, fallen off the wagon and V keen to get back on again. I won't bore you with the details! Anyway....I've just quit my job (not good for me) as I'm going back to college in September (SO excited!), and I'm gonna have more time on my hands for a couple of months to experiment. But I won't have too much money, so am not in a position to buy superfoods. I'm really keen on making my own gr

Hi all Thanks for the thoughts and tips. I'm looking forward to all the lovely fruit! As you say Bryan, I think it's best to eat fruits that can be peeled. I've been to India a few times before, but to be honest that was before I took such an improved interest in my health. The vaccinations are for typhoid, tetanus and rabies and a programme of tablets for malaria. I'm pretty set on t

Hi All and a happy day I'm becoming more and more conscious of the miles my food travels and I'm just interested to hear what other UK residents or other northern hemisphere dwellers feast on during the colder months? I'm about 70% raw vegan and am now facing a time of year of making cooked soups, based around the organic veg box I have delivered. I don't have a problem with this, but I'd be

LaV - love the top tips! I've started off road cycling this summer and love it...it's been great exercise and a fab way to be out of the city. I'm really hearing you about the green juices. I've been juicing it this week in fact, and together with walking more, playing badminton (and will be off cycling this weekend), I'm already feeling lots better! Cheers again....enjoy your day! x

Hi Everyone A little help please??!! I've been into raw foods for a couple of years now but have to'd and thro'd between this and cooked food (always vegetarian). I've been upto about 80%-90% raw quite comfortably. However, I've not had any weight loss and have slowly put weight on. I'm not totally overweight, but at 5'4" I weigh about 147-150 pounds. I'd like to be down to at le
