Actually I noticed one thing, me personally, my body doesn't give any negative reactions about it.
Been 100% organic for the past month.

Not that i'm decreasing the amount of fruits I eat per say, it's decreasing the amount of high-sugary fruits and increasing low-sugary fruits to = lower sugar in diet.
Same with fats.
Though man, eating Avocado + olive oil + sea salt + lemon juice IS YUMMMMMMY.
