always been a fan of raw although never lived the lifestyle.i have chronic fatigue. i have a young son. i am so sick of feeling like my body is holding onto all these toxins. i know it is-and my son must be getting them through my milk. and i cannot lose these last 15 pregnancy pounds i feel and look my husband is a meat eater and has no desire to change that. he feels healthiest that way. i fee

i am slowly transitioning to raw,would like my baby boy to be part of it.however i am on a very limited income,can not afford food processer,blender,juicer,and so on. also it's not exactly safe or possible for my kid to be munching on raw baby carrots, brocc, or most anything else. any advice??

i am slowly going raw. what protien bearing foods or supplements can i use to replace meat??? my body lets me know how inportant it is for me to get a lot of protien each day. i am very active and a breastfeeding mom. so proper nutrition is very important to me and to health of my son.

is this moral enough for you??? i find myself having to choose between being VERY FATIGUED but able to take care of my son if i eat maet sometimes(although i would rather not) or being extremely fatigued irritable and unable to find the energy to take care of my son(only 15 months old by the way) and not eat any meat. if you know of any supplements or foods that would be a good replacement maybe,

i am trying to go raw, but it is difficult. many people don't understand benefits or raw and it is not so simple to go raw wigthout the know how and the right equipment.and some people prefer not to see what may be best.i feel isolated in my own way right now also.

i am a breastfeeding mom with chronic fatigue and other conditions concerned about the health of self my 15 month old son and my meat loving husband.I do eat raw often but iwould like to do it always. i do not like eating meat (it kills me morally) however i find myself with more fatigue when i go veg, even with eating balanced and vitamins,beans,etc. any advice is appreciated. thank you
