avacados make me feel queezy too. i don't really eat them. but i LOVE tomatos, they have never given me a problem. and you can blend them to make soup or chili, throw a stick of celery in there with some seasonings.

i already posted in this thread, I THOUGHT. where did my reply go?? anyways! welcome to my life! where i live i can't get anything but mature coconuts. after draining the water/whacking it open, i pry the hard white flesh from the shell with the butter knife. then there's usually some woody brown peel left on the outside layer of the flesh so i peel it off with a carrot peeler. presto.

trust me all i can get where i live is compltely mature coconuts !!! i crack it into a few peices with a hammer then with a butter knife i pry the hard flesh from the outer shell. there's usually some brown 'peel' still let on the hard white flesh when i pry it out, so i use a carrot peeler and peel it off! presto hard white coconut flesh! mm now i want to go crack one....
