This is a great discussion and what comes up for me is that if something is important to you, and if the other person cares about you, it should be important to them whether they agree with it or not. Have you told him how important it to you and that you need his support. I think that if he cares about you he will at least support your decision even if he never tries it himself. Best Wishes,

I tend to gain weight when I eat more fat such as nuts and seeds. I usually make it a rule not to eat handfuls of nuts because I can never just stop at a handful. Dried fruit is al

Hey there, I avoided wheatgrass because of the sick to my stomache feeling but just recently I've been adding a two ounce shot into 16 ounces of Kombucha tea and it tastes great and best of all it makes me feel great as well. As for thr mold, air circulation (use a fan) is key when you are growing it so the mold doesn't develop. Best Wishes, Cecilia

Hi There, Of course I can't offer any medical advice, but if I were you I would research finding a good source of probiotics. I like Primal Defense and Natren (non dairy). You might also want to research food combining, anything that eases digestion can also be good for ridding candida. Best Wishes, C

I'm surprised that Aubrey is mentioned as not a good brand, the ingredients look so pure compared to other brands. I guess it is relative and much better than the generic stuff!!! It is definately better than most. I guess the best is to make your own but it's not always convenient. You can use honey and lemon juice or soak some flax seeds and blend them up for a homemade shampoo. I perso

Hello, I'm so glad you found something that works for you and makes eating more raw easy. Often people have to decide which is less harmful, junk food or some cooked whole vegan food to keep them on track. Best Wishes, C

Hello There, I can recommend Aubrey as being the most clean shampoo on the market. Just check the ingredients because some of the conditioners aren't vegan, if that bothers you. I personally like the honeysuckle shampoo. Hope this helps, C

Like! By itself the thai young coconut meat is not that great compared to the fresh green ones in Hawaii or other tropical places. With that said here is what you can do with the young coconut meat: Blend the meat with the water and add a vanilla bean to make an out of this world shake! They are great in desserts, especially to impress friends and family. My absolute favorite: dehydrate

Hi There, I would recommend the book for you called The Pleasure Trap by Goldhammer. He explains why we crave the things we do. He also outlines how long it takes for the body to get over their addictions. It takes three weeks for your taste buds to change, so hang in there and don't give up Cecilia
