This is a WONDERFUL water machine! I bought it last summer and used it 4 months. We then moved and are off-grid so I am unable to use it now. I really liked the water from it. Here is a super-yummy recipe from the Shining Light RAW RECIPES for life book by the Schafer family: VEGGIE LOAF OR BURGERS
1/2 c. sweet onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. celery,chopped

I would suggest reading the book ARTHERITIS by Norman F. Childers. The nightshades are not a good food in my opinion, with much studying of the matter. However, they are VERY addictive. Yes,
I too found it very addictive!Even though I would get very sick with a headache,I still found myself DRIVEN to eat more!Any time I find a food like that,I know it can't be good for me.Different ones in our raw group have been experimenting with nightshade family plants and we are finding the same thing! I did a search and found nightshades contain a lot of toxic alkaloids such as solanine.
