I saw that Susan E. Schenck got alot of collected "proof" that the raw food is.. well, good for you. What other books or sources do you suggest? Is the "80/10/10" book good for scientific proof? Just bring it on!

when people get angry or rude, they just reflect the feelings and things what they want to express, inside themselves. It got nooooothing to do with Alissia, or anybody else. Remember, when someone is angry, disapproval, skeptic and attacks that other persons believe/knowing, she/he reflects what is going on INTO THEMSELVES. What can this depend on? Unbalance in diet? Bad relationships? De

I know how you feel. I was without RAW food: depressed (or "not so happy" I was on 100% RAW food: Happy I went back to cooked food: depressed I started to eat 100% RAW again: Happy I didn't even understand what I was depressed about. Maybe it was the contrast of feeling "normal", for a change on RAW, and then going back on cooked to feel how I always have felt under m

The more raw you eat, the more you can use your intuition. In the beginning, when not so raw, go with your "gut"-feeling. glhf

The story came from a very very very wise man: Me! I really like using picture-in-your-mind explanations. That's easier for ours patients/guests to understand me on my lectures/seminars.

There was a topic a long time ago (1 year maybe) that was about science with the raw food. In that thread, there was a man/woman who gave a link to a website with lots of text, a man that uses Instinct Therapy. There is an dialog on the website with an man who questions him. I believe that the site was French, but with english translation. Can anybody remember what the site was?

Hi Gosia! In the jar there is carrot-saurkraut and the other 3 is cheese-cakes made on sunflower seeds spiced with fresh veggies. My wife had been on RAW for 5 years there on the pictures and myself only been raw there for a couple of months. There was more then a years ago we had that course ongoing here in Sweden. There is vit-D in sunflower (seeds, sprouts) and alfalfa. B-12 in saurkraut and mostly all organic produce. Most people avoid soyproducts because of all the bad effects people experience.

I must note that, you are NOT more sensitive when you eat 100%, your body are more AGGRESSIVE to unnatural things. This is why I love this way of eating, 100% raw that is.

Hi! I had a guest here on my center and he came up with a strange statement: He said that he was talking with a "food expert" and he said that, the more refined and modern food we have eaten the last centuries, we have been getting higher in years/age. That is true that we have been beginning to getting older since the medieval ages (people died around 30-40 in the 1500th cent
