Just to note, my goal has not been to minimize something or do anything myself. Bryan and others, I was interested in hearing the rationale / research supporting the toxicity of soy products. I use very little soy products myself, occasional soy milk or tofu. However, I would certainly strive to abstain from it altogether if it is definitely toxic.
