Locally on Craigslist, I picked up a Lequip528 Dehydrator-6 trays, a fan, temp control, the sheets are there too. It retails for about $140 and I found one, barely used for $30!!!
I have yet to use it though, although I will probably first use it for crackers.
The Vitamix is an antique.. a vintage 2200 for $10 at Goodwill. It is in perfect shape and I LOVE it. Even with its age, it b

Earthwrite, I started out for health reasons, and yet the more I am into it, the more compassion I feel towards the animals that commercially bred for food. I just don't think we were meant to eat meat at the volume "we" are consuming it.
The Veal industry especially sickens me and had for quite some time, even before I stopped eating the other meats. I have be

I started walking about 4 miles every evening and finishing the evening off with my nightly hot tea (green tea, nothing added). I love it.
It feels so good to be sleeping through the night. To think that I thought

Thanks EZ, I never even admitted that I had a problem before, and in spite of feeling so great with my recent better health, I think I am still walking on eggshells. It cannot possibly be this easy, without all sorts of meetings, counseling, rehab, etc etc etc. This will be a good thread for me to keep an eye on.

I was a very heavy drinker.. never falling down drunk either, (I built up my tolerance, and most never even knew I was drinking) but I did depend on my alcohol every single night. (ALOT of it) It relaxed me, and I thought it helped me to wind down. I did not drink and drive, and never lost any work, or drank during working hours. My family and friends would've been shocked to know how much
