Are you getting enough protein, like nuts or seeds? (These also have a lot of minerals in them, ie calcium.)
Some bottled waters have natural calcium in them, try this, it can take away pain (maybe because of a deficiency), check the labels on some good waters, especially foreign ones, these seem to have the most mineral content.

Hi,
I am in Portland. I eat mostly raw, but am not vegan. I am being patient with transitioning my diet and weaning myself from other food, so that I can make a change that will last a lifetime instead of being trendy.
I don't know of any support groups yet, but haven't searched much.
