Ok, guys...it's taken me a while to summon the nerve to ask for help, but everyone one this forum seems so supportive of each other, so it makes it easier. I've been raw for only a couple of months, with a few hiccups here and there, but with a determination to stick with it. I'm pretty much alone in trying to hold to the raw foods lifestyle, with very little encouragement. Does anyone hav

There's always a learning curve and a hurdle to get over whenever we change our habits. We are creatures of habit, comfort and familiarity. No one likes to be thrust out of their comfort zone and the area of taste and smell in the brain is very powerful. I've struggled with sticking with the raw foods diet too, and still do sometimes. Hi! My husband and I are traveling to the south of England in a couple of weeks and I'm a little nervous about sticking to my raw foods lifestyle (which I'm absolutely loving) while I'm there. Can anyone give me names and locations of health food stores or markets where I might find fresh organic foods? Perhaps things that might be travel friendly? Thank you!
