used to eat this a lot when i was a kid here is my raw version....
Ingredients:
3 cups flaxseeds
2 cups water
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey
salt
Preparation:
Mix 2 cups of the flaxseeds with the 2 cups of water and let the flaxseeds soak for 2-3 hours or let i sit overnight.
The last cup of flaxseeds you grind in a coffemill
mix the ground flax with the soake

Run a large piece through your juicer, stir a bit of honey in it and take it as a shoot.

I just became a member of this forum, but have been eating raw food for the past 3 years.
