Hello,
My experience of mold on wheat grass is limited as I don't like wheatgrass juice much but good airflow is vital. You may find the balcony over-hang is preventing good airflow. Lots of people use fans on their wheatgrass!

Firstly, seeds don't need fertiliser. They get everything they need from the seed.
Secondly, yes - dump that lot!

If you like to make an raw almond, chia pudding you can add a little cardamom to it. Gives it a slightly Indian slant.

Hi,
I've been on and off RAW for a number of years.
I grow my own veg, forage and keep rescue battery hens, a cat and a dog.
I'd be interested to hear from those local to me, those who garden and in a more general way anyone who is raw!
