For instance when local grapes are in season and at a much better price can the juiced grapes be frozen and if so how long can they be frozen for? I love to juice concord grapes but they are only around for a short period of time. The Concords have a better taste and alot more comp

I have started to ease into a raw diet in the last few weeks. I am not sure if I will go 100% raw tho.Time will tell. I have cut out red meat and eat chicken and fresh fish a few days a week. I used to have an Acme cent. juicer years ago and just got an omega 9000 and a Green Life 2000. I have been doing lots of juice and green smoothies for the last few weeks. I am slowly feeling better by going

I demoed the blendtec and really liked it but I am leaning towards either the Vita-Mix 5200 or the Vita-Prep 3. My old commercial warning will do for a bit yet but I really like the prep 3. I can get it for about $430 through a friend at a restaurant supply house. I am sure I could not go wrong with either one.

Been using the green life along with the omega 9000 for a week now. I really like the omega for carrots, celery and beets . It will juice 5# of carrots in less 10 mins and I am getting approx. 40 oz. of juice per 5# and clean-up is a breeze. The pulp is pretty dry on all the vegeis. Use the pulp for soup base and in my garden. The Green life is a bit more time consuming both in juicing and clea

I found this wed site that has all the replacement parts for this product. I have called and talked to them and got alot of information that I was lacking. They were great to deal with and will be shipping the needed parts in the morning. I should have them by the end of the week.

So I went to A few second hand stores today as I do when I am laid off. I was browsing around one of the stores and found this Green Life 20001 That was in VGC. I check it out as Best as i could and noticed it was missing the screen and manual. I plugged it in and bumped the motor a few times. All seems as it should. None of the parts showed any discoloration or very little. For the $65 they wa

I was/am serious about my fist question. I was pressed for time and could not elaborate when I posted that question. I did pick up the Omega 9000 on CL for the amount of $40. It will suite my needs till I figure out what I would like a juicer to do exactly. At the present time I will be doing mango/carrot/celery with the 9000. I will also use the citrus attachment as I love fresh OJ with a mixt

The omega 9000 is selling in the area of $200 new. I found one on my local CL for $50 and it includes the citrus attachment and blank warr. card. I had an old acme brand for like 20 years and it died.It suited a need at the time did work fairly well. I was just wondering if the new one are better than the old ones. They look the same new vs.older style. I am also looking at either the 8004 or

I just like the quickness of this style of juicer. I can do a glass of juice in the morning in just a few mins. and it is a breeze to clean with the paper liner. So if it is obsolete why is the omega 4000/9000 still available for sale at most sites. Also I am in between the omega 8004 and the samson advanced. Both seem like very good products but the omega ha a 15yr. warranty. Or are these the
