I have used toothsoap before and I love it. I also use Dr. Bronners hemp peppermint soap. I dilute it with water and use that as tooth cleaner.

Typically if the sticker starts with a "4" then it is conventionally grown. If it starts with a "9" then it is organic. It might have some amount of chemical on them but it can be significantly lower than other fruits and vegetables. Try googling "clean 15" or "dirty dozen" All the best!

They are both better than most of the junk being consumed out there. But if comparing one to the other, I think a different way of putting it is "What taste better?" In my opinion fruit wins hands down. What do you like?

With pleasure. When I first started I chose, literally overnight, to become vegan. It just sounded so exciting! I mainly focus on fruit, greens, vegetables, close to an 80-10-10 approach. Since going raw I have shed over 50 pounds and have improved my athletic ability beyond anything I knew was possible.

I love to include juices to my eating plan. I will usually do a green juice (romaine, kale, spinach, or celer) with apple and or carrot. I like to keep it simple. Clean up is a breeze. I've just done it so many times that it's easy for me. I use the jack lalane juicer. I get an "ahhhh" feeling when I drink one. I do feel energized too. I want to make it a routine to include one
