Hi everyone!
I ordered at Gohunza.com, they charged my credit card, then I never heard anything more from them. I never recieved my order. They do not have a contact phone #, just an email address. I've written them twice in the last week, and they have not responded to my emails.
Has anyone else had this type of unprofessionalism and shadiness from this company?

The romaine I eat is as dark green as kale. Anything dark, leafy and green, is considered a dark, leafy green. If the romaine is light green, than no. So I'd say depending on how dark green the romaine is, sometimes it is and sometimes not.

Thanks, guys. Your stories about your genetic mutations are so intresting, especially how eating high raw and healthy, has changed the pattern from your relatives.
Arugula, I'm happy that my daughters Docs are taking good care of her. I want her to go with what she feels most peaceful doing. What I'm happiest about, is, she thinks for herself, and hopefully, mommy instincs will lead her to eat

Here is an email from my daughter this morning. Her doctors have notified her, yesterday, that she has a genetically inherited blood disease. It's either from her father's or my genes.
My blood tests (platelets, too) have always been in normal ranges.

That's good to hear, Arugula. Makes me wonder why other studies told another tale. I think some studies are tweaked to be conclusive of what they want to prove, depending on who is funding it.
My hemoglobin is perfect 13.5, and I haven't eaten a land creature in about 20 years. There are plenty of other sources of iron, including greens.

Veganlife, I just checked out those sites, and this one looks so much easier to live with.
I just wonder if it would clean the water as well as Aquasana. We just bought an Aquasana. It's okay, but always leaks.
We had a water distiller for years, until the ants made it into a ant farm. I may go that route, again.
This one looks good, tho expensive.

Black Mission Figs & red beets, with lemon juice with Moroccan spices, like cinnamon & ginger.
I love figs & beets, chopped together, without anything else. I just had this dish a few days ago. It was so good, I dreamed about it for days.

You are right on, Arugula. Minerals don't belong in the lungs. I will look into that. I just wear it on my cheeks and eyes & lips, but even a little adds up.

Sunshine, I enjoy reading your posts... that's a wild story, though it doesn't surprise me. The body is made of minerals & vitamins. New born babys are composed of minerals & vitamins. It shouldn't take Poindexter, to figure out, that not one fruit or veggie has every mineral & vitamin the body requires. Fruit is high salicylates and low in vitamin K. Salicylates cancel out vitamin K.

Inika looks like nice makeup. I buy all my make up from the health food stores, and some of it is mineral. You can also use beet juice with with coconut oil or another oil for your lips.

Bosc pear & baby romaine juice, golden delicious apple & kale juice, Sunhini ~(sunflower seeds (soaked & srouted for a few days), lemon juice, garlic, cilantro, sea salt) with baby greens. This eve, I'll have carrot & greens juice. Everything is local & organic, including the sunflower seeds.
