I have made nice tasting little nuggets with the following home made recipe: "
Grind the following together (not in a Vitamix)
2 big pieces of cauliflower (half cauliflower)
1 cup nuts (Grenoble or Pecans)
salt
pepper
few dashes of Nama Shoyu
When everything is well blended, you check the seasonings and deshydrate in your Excalibur

Thanks TSM!!
Seems a LOT of seeds but that gives a good idea of the variety to buy.
Not to juice would mean also to free oneself from small electrical appliances and the total quantity then would be less - I still have to figure out the weight.
Example
for one day : total volume of sprouts eaten/day = weight of seeds
for a year : weight of seeds/day X 365 days = quantity to buy

I'm in the process of buying large stocks of sprouting seeds, enough for a year supply.
I'm considering alfalfa, red clover, fenugrec, brocoli, sesame, sunflower, buckwheat, French lentils, green or brown lentils...
Is there other seeds I should buy? what quantity/person is required?
keeping in mind that I want it to be my main food.
thank you for any advices!!

thanks TSM - it's very interesting
a few years ago, after many phone calls I found a good produce wholesaler (tons of fresh fruits and veggies by the crates) with prices very very low compare to stores-
I haven't done that exercise for seeds at the time but I'd like to now...
because sprouting seeds are definitely a luxurious product - so expensive here it's amazing
I believe it's worth

it would be nice to know exactly why such discrepancy between people
obviously it is related to the by-products of cell metabolism (perspiration and sweet...)
I was used to think it might be related to sugar eating but no, since one is bitten even on a sugar-free diet.
as for the fruit factor, I'll have to wait next summer for my personal experience and inquiry since all the flies are no

should we link unpleasant taste (for example bitter/acid/bland taste raw food) with anti-nutrient content of food as nature should be telling us something through our sense of taste regarding what should be good or not for our body
just a thought

it's possible to cure procrastination : just start drinking distilled water
I don't know why but it does work
If you were not used to procrastinate before then you'll be still more efficient in everything

I saw an ad yesterday about infrared sauna - they are all on sale right now - 2 000 $ for a 2 persons sauna - all wood
They look nice, come in kit and are easy to assemble at home.
I have tried the usual wet sauna a while ago and I wonder if infrared offers the same benefits. Anybody here having tried it or having one?
Please do share your insights and experiences about it.

I find it nice occasionally but quite intense for the body - even taken slowly.
It's like a lot of food coming in at the same time in concentrated form.

On one side there is that ideal : to eat freshly picked fresh, ripen fruits from trees, living with nature (maybe like the Hunzas of the ancient time, although they would not eat only fruits...). That pleases me. Like an ancient memory of lost paradise. I do that in the summer and it makes me feel good.
On the other side there is reality, and I bet none of us here live in a pristine clear envi

Here's a book I purchased recently (in French):
La nourriture pranique (Pranic Eating), by Henri Montford (a French breathtarianist).
I also bought Michael Werner's book (in English) on the same subject a few years ago.
I have a few others books (in English and French) - I'll share the titles/authors later if I can get enough time to write it down

I feel a few treads are combining here - each one adding something to the same subject - which is simply to get back to our Self. Because I believe we take that path to heal, to get more and more in touch with our real I am.

That's a lot of seeds!
You're self sufficient then, free from the chore of having to shop every week for fresh produce and also free from disappointment (you know that beautiful fruits that look so good but never ripened after all or are mushy and inedible, carrots that taste awful...)
If I can ask, how much sprouts do you eat in one day by volume/weight?
Is everything fermented after s

IMO, cooking food was a way for ancient people to get rid of anti nutrients and make food more palatable.
So, except for naturally ripened organic fruits, fermenting and sprouting could be needed for the same reason, or at least some basic processing.
I heard complaints about bad digestion among 100% rawfooders, many take this or that pill or supplement - none should be needed if the raw fo

Well - I am not sure I got your personal email yet - maybe it is just the website email contact address?
I was not able to post and there was always that security check at every try - (I mean the letters to copy to prove I am human... )
Maybe the removal of all these little hindrances would encourage others too?
Just a thought
