Thank you F1 for your reply and the information that you decided to share w/me about your lifestyle ... P.s I would love to meet you and participate in one of your boot camps - where can I go to find out when the next one would be held. Tanawana, I feel gratitude that you feel as though you are sticking up for me, but none-the-less whatever F1 decided to share is good enough and there is no-long

I gave it a shot and whatever F1 replies is good enough - I just have read a lot of his information and the replies that He gives others and I cannot find detailed responses to any of these questions (not saying that He has never given any). I just wanted to put them to Bed, like I said, out of my own curiosity and that of others. Also, if He gives me the all clear, I would love to put this 'i

*Disclaimer: F1 - I know that I am not you, obviously, and your dietary regime or workout routine may not necessarily suit me, and vice -versa, but strictly out of pure curiosity, and the curiosity of others, I wish to ask you a few questions and hope I will get more in-sight on how you live and that which may apply to my lifestyle. Prism, thanks for the advice - but Santa already forked over the big dough for a brand new Vitamix, which I am so grateful for Cocoa Nibs, Durians can be a little unusual at first, but after a while you learn how to hold them and open them with ease - Next time approach the Durian (trust me, it's not going to harm you and get a feel for it. The barbs can be sharp at first, but, like I said,

Yes, my parents are wonderful and they definitely support me in my Raw endeavors; but I find it very difficult to live w/them at times, and probably vice-versa, due to their carnivorous appetites and the constant battle of who shall claim the fridge. Overall thought I could not ask for better parents - but I'm, at-least I believe, going to enjoy moving to the big Island of Hawaii next year

Easy there Mrs. Pineapple Girl This here Durian is still raw, but I'm w/you - I would absolutely love a Fresh durian, straight from the tree. The smell is also more delightful, because the sulfur concentration doesn't build up in such high increments as it does in the freezing process.

Cocoa_Nibs, Thank you for your reply A durian can look pretty intimidating at first glance, but no worries - There actually very easy to eat and become a relaxing experience once you become accustom to them. Just let the Durian thaw - Preferably overnight (8<->10hrs) and then a seam should appear in the middle of one of the pods. Once the seam appears just pull the pod apart and scoop out

You don’t necessarily have to eat a lot, a little can go a long way - Sprouts (Grains:Quinoa&Buckwheat and Beans/Peaseas&Chickpeas) help me gain 12 pounds over the past 3-4Weeks of Muscle. Also concentrated algae and seaweeds help as-well, such as Spirulina & BGA + Kombucha (if homemade w/ specific herbs). My Weight 138 from 126 - Measured bodyfat still 4% Mocha

dvdai: Sprouting predigests the food, which is the process that begins breaking down complex molecules into their simpler forms and more easily absorbed forms(Fats-Fatty Acids, Proteins-Amino Acids, Carbohydrates - Simple Sugars) and also increases their nutrients dramatically. shaine - I usually pick fresh dandelion greens, they're wonderful veggies(super nutritious) that are composed of a ridiculous amounts of inulin(the precursor of insulin). -It is true that they are rather bitter, but I find the taste usually pleasant. But pungent herbs& spices and a dressing/sauce w/a higher fat content masks the bitterness quite well.
