Yes ketchup on everything, but my cousin would put mint sauce on everything. I think he may still do it. My mother taught me how to make potato chip sandwiches, funny how I didn't know she did this till I was in my early 20's. We never had chips in the house unless there was a party, so how and when she indulged I'll never know.

I get both of these at my local health food store, Rainbow foods, here in Ottawa. But I'm sure you could search online for a supplier near you. The wheatgrass juice comes in a package of 7 shots of 33 ml, the site is www.agronica-inc.com though it's an Ontario company, I'm sure they are not the only ones producing this. It tastes like the shots we buy at Juicing bars. Good luck.

I'm surprised no one mentioned E3 live, wheat grass juice (can be bought in little shot bottles), or taking wheat grass seeds, powdered spirulina, powdered chlorella, Maca. I always take E3 live and wheat grass juice with me when I'm away from home. I also take pumpkin seeds (which I have usually soaked and dehydrated and ground in my coffee grinder), raisins, cashews. I take these things even i

I've recently tried wheatgrass juice for the first time. WOW it's sweet and amazingly strong tasting. Do you dilute your juice? I actually threw up after drinking a 2oz shot last night. And I still can't face anything green today. I found the taste NOT palatable at all. Any advice?

Seabucktho: I completely agree with La_veronique. And applaud your sticking to your beliefs. This is exactly the type of thing I teach my children to do.

Is there anything I can make with all the orange pulp leftover from making orange juice? It smells so good. Surely it can be used in cookies or something.

Wondering if anyone on this site is in ottawa (Canada)? We have monthly pot lucks in Ottawa but I have only had a chance to get to one so far. So I have not met many Raw food enthusiasts yet.

wow, thanks for the advice. I like all these options. Yes mine are mostly migraine headaches too. Though sometimes I'm not sure. I am starting to see a connection between eating, even if raw, right before bed and waking up with a headache. Good luck Prism. Tks everyone.

Thanks sodoffsocks. How long have you had your unit? How is the temp control, can you get accurate temps between 100 and 118 degrees? What do you use to line the shelves for items which will drop through the wire shelves?

Has anyone found a healthy way to lessen the headaches of detoxing? I am a single mom of 2 kids, so I can't just rest till the pain goes. Some headaches last all day or 2 days.

Very good question, I have been wondering this myself. I hope someone has some info or lead on this question. I usually rely on my stove. I can get it down to 1oo degrees, but there is no air flow, so it takes longer.
