Anyways, I agree with you. It has. DW says cacao brings people to raw foods and of course, its so stimulating..anything to take us out of our minds, right?

If thai coconuts are irradiated then why do all raw fooders use them in recipes?
Would radioactive rays make the meat dead? or just the outside?

I think he will get better. Why did he want to be so skinny? What role models are there for skinny guys? It just doesn't make sense.

I think you have come to the right diet. Raw Foods helped me with my food issues.
It also is in the mind. I suggest looking up Byron Katie and downloading some worksheets you can find free only fill out that pose questions to question your food/body image fears.
It helped me so much.

Blending foods is really great. Brian Clement says its bad and 85% of the I forget.. are destroyed. Ann Wigmore had a blending foods recipe book and he took over her work.
Just letting you know what some raw food "experts " are saying, although
I think alot of the gurus prefer whole foods.
I think its great you are blending, and it works!! I have green smoothie every morning.
