Suez when I was working in a raw vegan organic farm, this guy with a hippie bus- painted all psychedelic, said let me take you out and we took photos of peacocks that ran wild in his yard, they are wild, and then I went inside his house and I saw a giant python. And I think I was ready to go. Really!

RP one of the first guys I met in the raw food world, he used to be a chef at Roxanne's, he was a raw vegan except for...cooked grains. Is there such a thing? Anyways he is still like that and accepted in the movement as a peer. As if he were 100% raw.

Well, you have to buy a still. About one grand in cost. Then you cut lavender and put it in the columns of copper. Then you plug in the still and it heats up and boils and the steam goes through the lavender and goes down the condenser and the hydrosol comes out and the oil floats on the top. I feel maybe, sense a little apathy and sadness?
I cannot see going back to cooked foods as something more than a passing fancy. Once you get bloated and feel dead, you will know you made a mistake.
Brocolli is delicious in a food processor chopped up like really small and put into salads with a homemade creamy nutty dressing with maybe raisins in it.

For sweet I would sprinkle on top of raw vegan yogurt maybe.
If its like flax.
Or just by guessing I would make a paste and taste it and see if it would be good for like raw pancakes and raw breads a la tree of life style. They make stuff with nut and seed powders so much its like a cooked food cake almost.
