I have no access to tropical fruits but the one kind of avocado that they use in grocery stores, so I would be more fruitarian if I could.
Bananas Oranges berries tons of apples pears those green grapes. Thats it. Organic section in small town grocery store.

Is it day 6?
Well guys I got it down, I feel sooo much better and have my dream body.
When I wake up I have blackberry juice from my backyard, I have so many, and I make alot with peeled oranges and nettles and apples.
I set the oven timer for 4 hours
Then when it goes off I eat whatever I want FULLY HUNGRY A small salad with berries and spain almond dressing. Very satisfied.

I can watch his videos on loop all day, you know why, they are all about RAW VEGAN FOOD.
He shows you recipes I have never seen in raw vegan books and I have read them all. I really think he is or was the real deal. I dont know if he is still raw.
I know when he speaks his audience he speaks to seems to be very ill people. So I think he has done good.

What about Pottenger experiment? But thats raw food on cats. Three generations raw meat and raw milk ( they are carnivores- we would be monkeys lets say) Versus cooked canned food and pasteurized milk.
Anyways the cats who ate canned food had nasty moods

Wow nothing will sprout, that means its been heat treated.
Stay away from Almonds from Or or CA they are steam pasteurized and will never grow into trees, they just puff out with the added water, That is not the same as sprouting.
