What about quinoa? I read that it's pretty easy to sprout. You just soak overnight, rinse, and wait about 8-12 hours and it's ready???

I think I am needing to add more carbs to my current diet. Previously I had an eating disorder, and when I wasn't getting enough carbs/fat, I would start craving junky carbs and candy. I have seen several people that dehydrate it and then grind it up to make almond flour to use in different recipes.

Cora, my Mumm has this same problem. She went to a doctor, who told her that sometimes the bands in our throats and esophagus that work the food down, restrict, and that the doctors can go in with a scope and just stretch it back out again. Sounds odd to me. Unfortunately, my Mumm hasn't taken the time to go to the recommended doctor yet.

While it may be prevalent in a vegan diet, it's not limited to a vegan diet. I've just started eating mostly raw, but I've had B12 issues for years due to my body's inability to absorb B12 and iron in a normal manner. I take sublingual B12, as well as iron supplements, and unfortunately, I'm STILL exhausted most of the time.
