I am in the juice camp. I used to not juice. My life compared to the non juice years is very different. I am more energetic, lighter, food is not in my mind all of the time as it used to. But I want to reduce juicing and starting chewing more.

"Avoid nutrient deficiencies and eat lots of phytochemicals and antioxidants from raw, plant-based foods and you'll be healthy" That is the question. But the answer is not so clear. Which ones to avoid, which ones to eat? And do they all need to be raw? How many can you eat at a single meal?

Hard core needs to embrace those who are committed to raw but not 100 percent. Even animals in the wild eat food cooked by wild fire.

The creator built a great machine, a great body but we abused it. It was built with the ability to sustain all kinds of abuses but there is a limit. When I went thru my cleanses, I could not believe how I was still alive looking at the things coming out of my system. Dark stuffs coming out of my digestive system for months. No wonder our bodies cannot produce his own B12, We made veganism im
