So tell the truth. I like the forum and have made friends and do not want to be gone. But you were pleading for temp to be permanently gone. anon102 is not bashing vegans

I am totally confused. The person who wants to be banned keeps posting. Please ban me...No one more post on sardine. The forum has other boards to discuss non vegan topics.

I was questioning the Indian food in general. Too many sweets. Maybe responsible for the increase in type 2 diabetes in veg & non-veg eaters alike in India.

Why is Indian food so sweet? Indian sweets may not be good for you.

Most meat eaters do not know how the animals are treated. But not trying to know is bad in itself.

Good answer. One could live on juice alone but not on oil alone. Oil is not a food.

I guess that is the power of love. The man she loves is overweight, probably poor health, stool compaction, probably smelly. She has not succeeded getting him to change.

How does this represent a scientific and fair approach when you will be interviewing those who are on rawfood and have mental health issues? What about those on rawfood with no mental health issues? And some of those with mental issues may have come to raw food to find a cure.

I have been growing wheatgrass for years until recently when I tried barley grass. There is something in it that is different from wheatgrass. I do not know what it is but it make me feel better and more energetic. The juice is bitter like dandelion juice so I can keep in my mouth for a long time. I drink about 4 oz once or twice a day.

I have been drinking corn and barley grass juices daily and it made a huge difference. And they are so easy to grow indoor. Life is simple. If you are not drinking grass juices you are missing out on something special.

Vegetarianism of the past was very bad. Eating cooked beans and tofu. Very unhealthy. Now we have juices, green smoothies, sprouts, micro greens and seaweeds. And b12 supplementation.

The analysis is missing the point. The nutrients are not in the tiny leaves but in the sprouting seeds. If you take mung beans or lentils it is the seed that has the nutrients. For indoor greens such as sunflower and buckwheat the nutrients are in the leaves because there you have a full grown plants. I do regularly sprout flax seeds and black sesame seeds but just for about 3 days

Tanks SueZ You have so many good recipes. Very practical approach to food. I do not like my neighbors so this will work fine to have the wind blowing on their house. In onion we have a local food being a super food. You do not to wait for nuts from Brazil or berries from Tibet

264. Re: karma
Karma is a reaction to an action. The more you are aware of what you are doing the severe is the reaction. So karma in humans with high degree of self awareness is not same as in plants and animals.

Of course there are wild animals whose main food is fruit but and but they do eat flowers and other things such as bugs, insects. The problem for us humans is that we eat clean fruits.

I think modern fruit is still a very good food. The problem is with the way we are eating it. There is no food more convenient, readily available than fruit. Another issue is that some folks make it the main food.
