62. Phlegm in throat
Hello! I've had this problem with phlegm in my throat for quite some time now (have been living on vegetarian/vegan cooked food for several years) and I'm almost certain that it is the food that is the cause for this. Is there anyone who recognize this proble

My question is this, is there anyone who believes that it is dangerous to eat raw food, 100%, while pregnant? Anyone who has "tried"? If so, is it anything special you have to think about?
I heard that the "delivery" went much, much smoother after a "raw pregnancy" than on a "cooked pregnance", is this true?
