i've lost 30 pounds and a lot of strength in the past 6 months and i'm just starting to try and get it back. today i did squats (bill starr's 5x5) and i just got back from my first night of training in about 2 years. 4 hours of boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, & submission wrestling.

i stopped by one of the asian food markets the other day and they had some young coconuts as well as the standard mature coconuts. then they also had what looked like your regular mature coconut except they were white (as if they were recently husked). would you guess that they were young coconuts or mature coconuts?
