a literally under one-month used Omega 8003 Juicer (in white) at over 20% off the very cheapest available new? I bought this last August for a wheatgrass operation that I no longer have the option of running, unfortunately. I've recently parted with all of my wheatgrass supplies, and this is the last item to go. I only grew the wheatgrass during part of August and September last year. I apologize

I wanted to offer anyone in the Central New Jersey area access to extra wheatgrass trays and Azomite I have, that can save them on cost and on the shipping. Not sure where or how to post this or if this is considered spam at all, I can't imagine so, just trying to be a good human really. I have no problem letting this sit around my garage until someone is interested on craigslist.com. Figured t

I'm sure this topic has been brought up before. I did a few searches but didn't find exactly the answers I was looking for. I will be practicing Bikram yoga soon, a practice that can burn 450-900 calories a session, depending (so I've read). I'm sure some of you are active enough that you burn even more than this each day. How do you supply the calories, without hitting higher fat content sou

How many of you guys soak every nut you eat? If not, where do you draw the line? Is chewing very well sufficient? Thoughts are appreciated..

How many of you guys drink alcohol? For those of you that do, outside of limiting quantity to keep the process as healthy as possible...what drink selections are the "least unhealthy" based on your experiences/research? Thanks guys..

Ok. I currently have a 15 tray wheatgrass setup in a spare room in the house, near a double window. Several of the trays are on a long folding table parallel to the wall/window and the rest are on two plastic shelves next to it. The house is surrounded by a lot of trees, and with the cloudy weather lately, there's just not enough light I believe, and it shows. (there's also a bit of an odor c

I have read so many different research articles on this subject, and am able to come to little conclusion. I've read of many chemists who say that inorganic minerals are essential to blood ph balance and in that way are completely usable by the body. I've also heard that distilled water through the distillation process makes a dead water that isn't appreciated by the body. Then, the popular cl

I feel like there has to be a more normal way. Is the enema bag instruction wrong? I don't see what the problem would be in heating the water on the stove or in a microwave as long as it's kept to the desired temperature, around 105 degrees.

I want to learn how to administer warm water enema to myself. It's advised not to use tap water, but to use pure water. Whats the best way to make the water warm/hot then, being that my water cooler doesn't have a hot option. The enema bags seem to advise against microwave and oven, so I'm confused.

How long after taking wheatgrass on an empty stomach can you eat anything else? I ate cucumber/zucchini/tomato/spinach salad relatively soon after a 2 oz shot of wheatgrass along with my sister and it made us both feel quiiiiiiiiite ill. I was amazed. Both knocked out for a couple of hours to let it pass. How long should we have realistically waited to eat anything at all?

Would it be problematic taking a 2 oz. shot of wheatgrass later in the evening the three days a week I don't get home until 9-930pm? I don't think so, right? It's liver purging effects might actually line up decently with the soon-to-follow 1-3am liver section in your body's cycle....hmmmmm..

When growing wheatgrass, it is suggested to cover sprouts that are on the soil for the first time with unbleached paper towel or jute or something, are there any other good options for this? Isn't standard paper towel white, and bleached? Suggestions are appreciated.

It would only be for a couple of weeks, then it would be 1 oz. I'm asking what would define "going too far" with greens intake, being that wheatgrass is such concentrated dark leavy green.

If I were to have a daily wheatgrass juice intake of 2 oz, how far can I go with green smoothie and salad intake being that 2 oz of wheatgrass juice is the equivalent of 4-5 lbs of dark leafy greens?

The nearest organic farm market (where I love to go over Shoprite or the like) is 40 minutes away, so being a young novice to all of this, I need to ask how long should I let fresh greens sit in the fridge before they begin losing significant nutritional value?
